Private 1:1 sessions available in person or via Zoom, combining embodied, trauma-informed and integrative therapeutic approaches to support emotional healing, nervous system balance and transformational growth.
Sessions run for 2 hours and please allow yourself some time afterwards to ground and integrate everything.
Private 1:1 session in person or via Zoom, to support the transformation of unresolved trauma patterns into greater clarity, resilience and authentic reconnection to self.
This session goes for 1 hour and would suit people who are new to working with the raven method or those who don’t need as much time.

Raven Transformations Therapy offers complementary, trauma-informed support designed to work alongside — not replace — appropriate medical, psychological or mental health care. The Raven Alchemy Method™ supports emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and personal transformation through integrative and embodied healing approaches, but is not a substitute for clinical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment or crisis intervention.
Clients experiencing severe mental health symptoms, suicidal crisis or requiring urgent clinical support are encouraged to seek assistance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or emergency service provider.
Healing is a deeply personal process, and outcomes will vary depending on individual circumstances, readiness and participation in the work. Sessions may involve exploring emotionally significant experiences and unresolved trauma patterns, which can at times feel emotionally activating or uncomfortable as part of the healing process.
By engaging in services, clients acknowledge personal responsibility for their emotional wellbeing, choices and integration of the work between sessions. Participation also implies informed consent and understanding of the scope of practice provided through Raven Transformations Therapy.
Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice may incur cancellation fees in accordance with booking policies.

The sense of relief at meeting with a soul of recognition and warm understanding is such a joy. Mystical, natural, creative healing. ✨ Over the last few weeks, I've had the divine pleasure to work with the mystical soul that is Raven on this natural animal-gifted staff of wonder and while I could speak about all the power it gives me, all of the confidence ignites in me, all of the magic it allows me to now share with the world, but that is not what I want this testimonial to highlight. What I do want it to highlight is the need and perfectly placed spot that Raven and her gifts (this being one of many) has in our future going forward. I am blessed and humbled to have completed my journey with the "Sacred Alchemy" offering. A mixture of earth-based creativity, healing & connection. As a creatrix, this workshop really called to me - my inner child really came to the forefront of my awareness. I had been craving to create with my hands in a different way, to be held in a container where I would be nurtured and supported in my own creative unravelling by another powerfully mystical and shamanic woman. To be seen, understood and acknowledged beyond words, beyond the physical and beyond this reality. The entire process was incredibly potent - once you say yes to a shamanic offering, the power of the medicine starts working on you before the physical process takes place. I thrived and utterly enjoy the creative process of creating a sacred object that I weaved my own heart intentions and power into. I stepped into Raven's contained a little confused about my identity... The process reflected to me, like a mirror - clear as day, how I was already stepping into my life's path as a facilitator and that these objects were to be honoured and implemented into my life as sacred tools within my work. So I can safely say that I completed the workshop with a clearer understanding and felt a sense of my embodiment as a healer and shamanic artist/facilitator. The artistic process of creating both the staff and the feather fan spoke to me at a cellular level, igniting a deep remembrance of my own shamanic heart. It was incredibly emotional, empowering and liberating. Raven held the space beautifully, lending a hand whenever I needed guidance and leaving me to my own intuitive nature for the majority of the time, which really encouraged a deeper listening to myself and the earth objects that wished to be implemented. I would encourage anybody who wishes, who yearns and desires for a greater connection to the earth and sacred objects to connect with Raven - for she is a clear conduit of the shamanic realms, whose loving presence will provide all you need to drop back into Mothers Earths resonance. - Tayor

I am so grateful for having the opportunity to work with Raven in her 3 months program. I came to see Raven as my body was getting into a several trauma response and I saw an energetic blockage in the field but I was not able to figure out what was the reason. During the program we unraveled deep trauma from my childhood but also addressed significant past lives influences. Just after our second session, when Raven worked on my energetic field, removed the blockages as well as helped me to see and understand the old programming my body, first time in 12 months, has finally relaxed. Words cannot describe what a relive it was to finally feel relaxed and safe in my body. To my surprise this shift quickly shown in my life. My health improved and my ability to tap into intuition has reach a whole new level which then opened new work opportunity and having more fun in life. Working with Raven was one of the best decisions I have made. It helped me to transformed and heal on so many levels in safe and loving space. Thank you Raven for being such an incredible woman. All sessions remain confidential and information will not be shared without client consent unless required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to the client, a child, vulnerable person or another individual. In these circumstances, appropriate support services or authorities may be contacted to help ensure safety and wellbeing. Wherever possible, this process will be approached with care, transparency and client awareness.
Sessions are not audio or video recorded unless explicitly discussed and agreed to in writing.
Online sessions are conducted through secure platforms; however, clients acknowledge that no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. Clients are encouraged to attend sessions in a private, safe and distraction-free environment where they feel comfortable speaking openly.
