The Raven Alchemy Method™ integrates somatic awareness, mindfulness, breathwork, counselling, NLP Timeline Therapy™, inner journey work and trauma-informed practices to support healing on emotional, cognitive and nervous system levels. By working with both conscious insight and embodied experience, this approach helps clients safely process unresolved emotions, identify long-held survival patterns and develop greater emotional regulation, self-awareness and resilience.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this work explores the deeper roots of emotional distress — including early developmental experiences, attachment patterns, intergenerational conditioning and the ways trauma can become stored within the body and nervous system. Healing is approached with compassion, curiosity and respect for each individual’s lived experience and personal meaning-making process.

About Raven
My path into trauma healing was not born solely through study — it was lived, embodied and deeply earned.
Raised between two homes shaped by emotional complexity, trauma and survival patterns, I developed an early understanding of the ways unresolved pain can shape identity, relationships and nervous system responses across generations. Like many who experience complex trauma, adulthood eventually brought me to a profound loss of self, emotional exhaustion and circumstances that forced me to confront the deeper patterns I could no longer ignore.
What followed was the beginning of an intense and transformative healing journey. Through both traditional therapeutic approaches and integrative subconscious and embodied healing practices, I began rebuilding a sense of safety, identity and connection within myself. Along the way, I explored shadow work, nervous system healing, mindfulness, trauma-informed care and spiritually grounded inner work that honoured both psychological insight and deeper self-awareness without attachment to rigid belief systems.
My commitment to this work became deeply personal: to break cycles of trauma, create safety for myself and my children and support others who are ready to reclaim themselves beyond survival mode.
The Raven Alchemy Method™ was born through both professional study and lived experience — integrating trauma-informed therapeutic principles with embodied healing approaches that support meaningful emotional transformation, nervous system regulation and reconnection to self.
Today, my work is devoted to supporting individuals navigating CPTSD, emotional neglect, identity loss, intergenerational trauma and the invisible survival patterns that can keep people feeling disconnected, overwhelmed or stuck despite years of self-awareness.
Client readiness & commitment
This work is best suited to individuals who are genuinely ready to engage in deep self-reflection, emotional healing and personal transformation. While sessions are supportive and compassionate, meaningful change often requires honesty, self-awareness and a willingness to move beyond familiar survival patterns.
Clients are encouraged to actively participate in their healing process, including integrating suggested practices, reflections or nervous system support tools between sessions where appropriate. At times, healing may feel uncomfortable or emotionally confronting as old patterns begin to surface and shift. This process is approached with care, safety and trauma-informed support, while recognizing that lasting transformation often involves moving through — rather than avoiding — unresolved emotional experiences.
Whether attending a single session or engaging in ongoing work, a strong commitment to oneself and the healing process helps create the foundation for deeper, more sustainable change.
CPTSD / PTSD / Intergenerational Trauma
This work can support individuals navigating CPTSD, PTSD and intergenerational trauma by helping to gently restore a sense of internal safety, emotional regulation and reconnection to self. Trauma can shape nervous system responses, relationship patterns, self-perception and coping mechanisms long after the original experiences have passed. Through trauma-aware, embodied and integrative approaches, clients are supported to process unresolved emotional experiences without re-traumatisation.
The Raven Alchemy Method™ recognises that trauma may also exist within family systems and cultural histories, often repeating through patterns of emotional suppression, addiction, violence, hypervigilance, shame or disconnection. Healing involves bringing awareness to these patterns while developing healthier ways of relating to emotions, the body, relationships and personal identity.
Why insight alone is not always enough
Traditional talk therapy can be incredibly valuable for developing self-awareness, emotional understanding and coping strategies. However, many people living with CPTSD, chronic stress, emotional neglect or intergenerational trauma find themselves intellectually aware of their patterns while still feeling emotionally stuck, reactive or disconnected within themselves.
This is because trauma is not only held within conscious thought processes — it can also become deeply embedded within the nervous system, emotional responses, body memory and subconscious survival patterns. The Raven Alchemy Method™ integrates embodied, trauma-informed approaches designed to support deeper emotional processing, nervous system regulation and lasting internal transformation beyond insight alone.
